1. Order Processing Time

All orders go through a processing phase before shipment. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Standard Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays)

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time and is not included in the delivery estimate.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Priority Processing Option

For customers who need their order fulfilled faster, we offer Priority Processing at checkout. This option moves your order to the front of our fulfillment queue, with the goal of having it shipped out within 1 business day.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 8–10 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping time may vary due to your location, carrier delays, customs (for international shipments), or other unforeseen factors.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, adverse weather, customs clearance, or courier service disruptions.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after your order has been scanned by the carrier.

4. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following regions:

5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Packages returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts

If your package is returned to us, we can reship it upon confirmation of a correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply.
