Thank you for shopping with Venus the Label. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please review the following policy to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at [your contact email] with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the item (if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.

⚠️ Important: Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards or promotional codes

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email that your return has been processed.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Send photos of the item and packaging

  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again

  • Contact your payment provider—it may take extra time to post
